Budget
The Finance Department works closely with County Administration and the Board of Supervisors in the development of the County's annual budget and capital improvement plan. The process normally begins in January with a budget orientation session followed by the assembling of budget requests from departments and agencies, budget work sessions, public hearings and concludes with final adoption of the budget by the Board of Supervisors normally in June.
