The second meeting in a series of public discussions on the possible creation of a Sanitation Authority for Surry County is being held on January 26, 2012 at 7pm in the General District Courtroom of the Surry County Government Center located at 45 School Street, Surry, VA 23883.

Elected officials from the Towns of Claremont, Dendron and Surry and members of the Surry County Board of Supervisors will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the creation of such an Authority.  For additional information, please contact the County Administrator's Office at 757-294-5271.
