Winter Storm Warning

The Friday morning temperature at 6am should be around 24+ degrees. There is no rain or ice associated with this storm; however, we still anticipate icy patches on the roads for the morning travel. VDOT has prep the primary roads for snow. Surry County is under a winter storm warning and all after school activities have been cancelled.
